System alert! A mysterious villain known as "The Shadow" has stolen the Academy’s master hard drive, and it’s locked deep inside an underground bunker. In this high-stakes Thursday Brain Bender, older Thinkers must go undercover to hack the security systems!
First, they will use a playground seesaw metaphor to master the golden rule of algebra, taking briefcases off a digital scale to keep it balanced and find the elevator passcode. Then, to break through a red-alert firewall, they’ll learn "number bending" (the Distributive Property) to conquer an intimidating mental division puzzle by breaking it into friendly pieces.
